What Are Your Products Made Of?
All of our products are either made of high grade silicone or resin, ensuring a "real feel" effect and durability.
How Do I Wash My Product?
Gently hand wash with warm water and Dawn dish soap, do not scrub or use harsh cleaners. Use a washcloth and simply dab or gently swipe over the desired location. Any forceful scrubbing may result in damage.
What Is Your Refund Policy?
All transactions are final.
Do You Ship Out Of The U.S?
We currently do not ship outside of the U.S, we are hoping to change that very soon!
When Can I Expect My Order?
Manufacturing and Shipping time varies depending on many factors. Some of which include Halloween season, conventions, and more. We strive to fulfill all orders in a timely manner and have them shipped out within 2-3 weeks depending on the size of the order. If you have questions regarding your order, please contact us!
